Three Moving Carpet projects in polish ski resorts
In 2024, three Polish ski resorts invested in the modernization of their lift infrastructure: Klepki - Malinka (Wisla, Silesia), Kotelnica Bialzanska (Biela Tatrzanska) and Ski&Sun (Swieradow Zdroj, Bad Flinsburg) installed a new Sunkid Moving Carpet with gallery roof - as a feeder system or conveyor solution in the beginner's area.
The new facilities allow the operators to manage the flow of visitors more efficiently, relieving other lift facilities and improving the overall experience for all guests. Beginners and families in particular will benefit from the Moving Carpets: They make the three resorts more accessible to a wider audience and provide the ideal environment for learning to ski safely and without stress.
Tailored to the desired capacity and equipped with Evo-N roofing, it was possible not only to increase the number of passengers, but also to significantly improve the comfort of the guests. The convenient location of the facilities - close to the main parking lot - ensures easy accessibility and increases their attractiveness. The modern design and full lighting of the galleries make them a visual highlight.
According to Jarosław Bocian, salesperson responsible for the region and customers, the feedback from customers has been positive throughout: Operators emphasize the ease of use thanks to the i-CONTROL operating system. The installation went smoothly, and thanks to the sophisticated design, the Moving Carpets can be used in other areas of the ski resorts if required.
The three Polish projects are successful examples of how modern ski conveyor belts can enhance the quality and attractiveness of ski resorts through technical innovations that lead to greater user-friendliness, passenger comfort and safety.
