Moving Carpet creates excitement in Zams
Since the very beginning of its company history, Sunkid has been supporting large and small projects with its "Winter in the Village" initiative, which, with a lot of commitment, bring winter sports as close as possible to the local population.
The current Covid19 situation also characterizes the winter season 20/21 and makes it difficult for the cable cars and Ski Schools to operate.

The "Zammer Riefe", which is located in the direct vicinity of the towns of Zams and Landeck, also started operation at Christmas. In the "Riefe" there is a T-bar lift and a Moving Carpet, which are operated by 60 volunteers around the sports club Zams.
The practice area, which is known as "Zammer Riefe", offers a great range of activities for young and old thanks to the two different lifts. "The lift operation is very well received. It starts at 1 p.m., and it's busy every afternoon," say those responsible. There is also an ice skating rink next to the groove building.
This project is financed by donations and the efforts of volunteers.
