Tubing track, Moving Carpet and Wooden Ball Track in Willingen
"Tobogganing, sliding, mumbling, jumping, climbing, digging, balancing, laughing and discovering the Willingen mountains ...". For more than a quarter of a century, the summer toboggan run of Gebrüder Rummel GmbH & Co. KG has been a crowd puller in the north-eastern part of the Rothaargebirge (Germany). With a summer tubing run and a more than 60-metre-long Wooden Ball Tracks, guests can look forward to two further leisure highlights that provide fun, games and exercise. Just like the Moving Carpet, which is responsible for the mountain transport, all attractions come from the Sunkid product portfolio.
The customer describes the special slide experience with three steep curves on colorful standard tubes on its website as follows: "At the start, you stand on our conveyor, similar to an escalator, and it's a comfortable ride uphill. Once at the top, you sit alone in one of the large tubes and whizz through the curves lined with sliding mats. Children aged three and over can ride safely."
After the ascent on the Sunkid Moving Carpet, which transports the teachers and students of the DSV Ski School WIWA in winter, guests will find the tubing track on their left. On the right, a Wooden Ball Tracks provides fun for young and old.
"On your marks, get set ... and off you go on the very special race that awaits you at the Willingen summer toboggan run: On our 60-meter-long Wooden Ball Track, you'll race with your round toys. Whether you're a child or an adult, you'll soon realize that you can't get enough when the speedy balls whizz through the telescope, over the washboard or through the spiral and make cowbells ring. Once you've reached the bottom, it's straight back up the mountain, so that fun, games and exercise are wonderfully combined on the course.
And best of all: the balls with a print of our ski and toboggan dwarves Rumpi and Franky, which you pull out of a kind of oversized chewing gum machine, are also a nice souvenir of your visit to Willingen."
Due to the many years of success of the existing marble run, the satisfied customer has ordered another fully themed marble run, which will be built in 2024.
